We’ve dedicated our 5th spot this week to checking in with loved ones as a part of mental health week. We know it’s tougher due to the circumstances but whether it’s a group chat on Zoom or a quick whatsapp, keeping in touch with friends and family is important for everyone’s mental health.
If you have any concerns about your own or someone else’s mental health, Mind & the Samaritans are just two of the many National Lottery funded projects that can help out.
Nothing here take your fancy? Well you can check out our master list which features loads of other fun things you can do this week thanks to National Lottery players.
