National Waterways Museum Ellesmere Port

National Waterways Museum Ellesmere Port - Free Admission

Celebrating it's 45th anniversary this year, the museum sits where the Shropshire Union Canal meets the Manchester Ship Canal and the River Mersey.

The museum celebrates the UK’s boating history and holds over fifteen thousand objects and over fifty boats from large vessels to small narrowboats.

With a National Lottery ticket, you can get free admission to the National Museum. A family ticket normally costs £25.

You can enjoy the peaceful settings and the outdoor play area. There is also a waterside café too

Fyvie Castle, Garden & Estate is a magnificent fortress and example of Scots baronial architecture filled to the brim with antiques and oddities collected over 800 years by the five families who called this home, some of whom are still said to haunt this place.

You can admire the impressive portrait collection, the racquet court, bowling alley and enjoy a walk around the beautiful grounds.

On Thursday 10th and Friday 11th June, National Lottery ticket holders can enjoy free entry.
