Support for Individual Artists Programme (SIAP) The Arts Council’s SIAP scheme offers a range of funding awards to support the needs of individual artists. Broadly, awards can be for specific projects, specialised research or personal artistic development. These include travel awards, General Art Awards, Artists Career Enhancement Scheme (ACES), Artists International Development Fund (AIDF).
