If your date is a sports fan, then it doesn’t get much better than the Football Museum in Manchester. You can take a look at the match-worn shirts from football legends to the trophies of yesteryear. There’s even a unique look behind the scenes of women’s football in 2019. You could even see which one of you are better at a penalty shootout.

The Swan Theatre

The Swan Theatre (Midlands)

“Shall I compare National Lottery players to a summer’s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate…” Ok, this isn't exactly what Shakespeare wrote but if you can’t get enough of the Bard, then catching a show at The Swan Theatre is the one for you. If you don’t want to catch a performance, there are also behind the scenes tours and daily exhibitions.

Loch Lomond

Loch Lomond (Scotland)

Want to spend this St Valentine’s Day with the great outdoors? Well, Loch Lomond has it all. Take a gentle walk through the forest or hop on the water bus and experience the stunning surroundings from the Loch itself.
