Find out how Paul Sinton-Hewitt CBE went from a simple idea to changing the lives of people all across the UK with his innovative idea, parkrun. Run by the community for the community, Paul speaks to Aimee about it all began.
We also hear from poet Robert Montgomery who created a poem that was read by broadcaster, Claire Balding, in honour of Paul and our other Sport Game Changers which was displayed in sporting locations across the UK.
