by National Lottery Good Causes

It's Monday which means we're back with another 5 things to do at home thanks to National Lottery players! This week we work out with National Lottery funded athletes, take part in exhibitions, dance the night away and listen to some wholesome podcasts... enjoy!

Stay in, Work out

Another athlete has joined the BBC’s Stay in Work Out series! This time you can work out with National Lottery funded para-athlete Ali Jawad as he takes you through four exercises designed to help improve upper body and core strength.

Become art

Live in Wales? Well you can take part in the Millennium Centre’s voices for change. Their voices for change project is looking for art of any kind (music, poems, paintings, photos) to feature in a new exhibition which reflects this moment in time and where we want to be in the future. You can take a look at what people have sent in so far or send some of your own artwork in. Check out for more details.

Missing Friday nights out on the town?

Well, this Friday (12 June) throw on your glad rags and join Dance West for their Home Disco with DJ Milo Speedwagon for a virtual disco and dance the evening away at 6pm.
